Overview
Shadowing various team members and completing basic tasks related to tax projects they were working on at that time.
Skills
I gained a lot of knowledge about tax policy and regimes both in the uk and internationally.
Responsibilities
I was given a large degree of responsibility over the initial stages of client projects, however with guidance and oversight from more senior team members.
Support & Guidance
I was given plenty of feedback and career advice from senior members of the team including partners. I felt that it was all very useful.
Culture
The office atmosphere was great, I was very rarely not busy and the team were always checking to see if I wanted to get involved in new projects and asking how my current work was progressing.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed the internship, the work was interesting and there were lots of social occasions organised by the office.

Think outside the box during the video interviews and psychometric tests and you should do well.
