  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

    • Oversee and optimise various aspects of e-commerce operations, including website functionality and user experience. The role involved using content management systems to create pages for the company website to improve the users digital experience, and understanding the users booking journey experience.

    • I have learnt various new skills on a variety of different systems such as google analytics, content square and strapi. Further, I have obtained a variety of transferable skills including my communication and organisation skills.
