Overview
I would email and call our applicants I would alter our system data I would create job adverts/descriptions
Skills
I can write job ads/ descriptions (persuasive writing) I can make and interpret data ' I have gained social skills and communication skills
Responsibilities
I was given a good amount of responsibility My work was independent but it would still be checked by management I would be allowed to call/email clients independently
Support & Guidance
I wasnt given much uni support until i was made redundant My line manager and colleagues gave support, head office was not supportive My line manager and colleagues gave me lots of guidance
Culture
It was extremely competitive which I did not enjoy

I was made redundant which tarnished the whole experience However up until that point I enjoyed myself and I do still believe that it is valuable

I would not recommend them at all as they made me redundant
