Overview
Daily tasks varied greatly, was given ad-hoc projects to work on within my team or wider teams. I consistently updated procedures for new starters and got involved with 'extra' initiatives
Skills
Developed communication skills, confidence, excel, technical banking specific knowledge, networking skills and wider soft skills
Responsibilities
At the start I wasn't given much as I did not feel comfortable or have the skills, but as my confidence and knowledge grew I was given more responsibilities
Support & Guidance
A huge amount of support was there whenever I wanted/needed it

Fantastic culture, really welcoming and friendly. Everyone wants you to do well and succeed
