  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

    • I was Operations Intern. I was involved with helping my manager with excel tasks, attending safety meetings and conducting interviews for new recruits.

    • I have learnt new excel skills. I developed on communication and was able to communicate in a clear and conciese way. I have also become more confident with speaking to new individuals.

    • I was given little responsibility. My manager did not give me many tasks to do.

    • I did not get support or guidance during my placement. I constantly had to have meetings with my manager to ask for tasks and it was so poor I did not even recieve a plan of development when I started.
