Overview
Working alongside People Partners (HRBP’s) within the People & Places function to provide support and advice to various business units, on key topics within their people plan i.e., hybrid working, career mobility and redeployment, managing absence, performance management and culture change. Several opportunities to observe/shadow the People Partners engaging with both senior stakeholders and all other colleagues on these topics, establishing strong stakeholder relationships.
Skills
This opportunity developed my existing skills and helped me develop new skills too. these skills include communication skills, collaboration and interdependent working skills, and technical skills.
