Overview
My role involved creating learning curriculum on the companies learning management system. it also involves editing and retiring curriculum at the request of learning program managers
Skills
My IT skills have developed rapidly and also my interpersonal skills and communication
Responsibilities
I was given the perfect amount of responsibility; I had to solve problems on my own and use my own initiative but also didn’t feel alone and knew I had a manager I could contact at any time
Support & Guidance
I received a great amount of support and guidance during my internship from both my line manager my department manager and from my assigned placement tutor
Culture
The company had a very professional yet friendly atmosphere and I knew that I could approach any member of staff with any sort of question and would get a friendly yet professional response
