Overview
● I worked within the Executive Support Team providing comprehensive business support service to the Business & Commercial Banking (BCB) & Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Chief Operating Officer (COO) in the Delivery business. ● As an intern in this team, I supported the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) providing efficient operation and service to the office of the COO. This involved building relationships with stakeholders and producing quality information packs for the executive committee members detailing meaningful insights surrounding the company's post Covid-19 Flexible working campaign.. ● I owned and developed monthly Value MI reports for the office of the COO detailing colleague performance and recognition by business area. ● I conducted industry research and developed a comprehensive competitor analysis of the Third Party Payments landscape. I liaised with cross functional teams to develop sector specific scorecards accurately identifying areas for growth
