Overview
As an Intern Delivery Consultant, I worked within the Engineering and Operations teams providing 180° candidate side support within the FMCG industry. This position involved me finding suitable candidates for a wide range of positions ranging from junior positions in Engineering to Operations Managers for some of the UK’s largest food manufacturers. In the role I spoke to hundreds of potential candidates for the particular position, these conversations would consist of pitching the role and asking suitable questions to see if they would be interested in the position. Following on from searching for candidates, I would then book in and prep successful candidates for an interview whilst managing their expectations regarding salary, progression opportunities and job security. The final step of the process would be receiving an offer from the client for the candidate and successfully placing the candidate.
