Overview
Weather recording, resource creation, nature surveying, class management, equipment repair, shop work, centre lock up, brand updating, answering phone calls, timetable updating. Occasional teaching, bar work
Skills
Confidence, group mamagement teaching, data collecting, learning how to work with different registers, conflict resolution
Responsibilities
I was responsible for teaching certain young groups, and was often in charge of making sure the centre was locked up and everyone was safe. I was also repsonsible for a few emergency situation, and was responsible for being a good face for the company on a few occasions
Support & Guidance
I was given a lot of flexible support - the team was close knit and did everything it could to support me
