Overview
As a representative of Samsung in Three UK, I prioritise offering an interactive experience to all customers. Through this engagement, I highlight the latest advantages of the newest Samsung devices, such as the S23 range, the Ultra, the Galaxy Zfold & Flip, new models in the A series range, and additional products such as tablets or laptops. In addition, part of my responsibilities is keeping my sales team updated with the latest news regarding Samsung and unique promotions, such as a recycling program called (Recycle Your Old tech) This is a new way that Samsung has to help recycle e-waste that my team can inform customers about.
