Overview
I sat in a department for two weeks with a principal and a trainee buddy. I was set tasks to complete over the scheme as well as going to timetabled insight sessions and meetings. There was also the opportunity to schedule coffee chats with people across the firm.

Business Insight
Really eye-opening and myth-busting. It was a great way to see the firm and how people interact on a day-to-day basis with their colleagues and clients. We had formal information sessions about the sectors and roles available and informal chats with people we reached out to. The coffee culture at the firm is second-to-none.
Culture
Really welcoming and friendly. Non-hierarchical and respectful. Everyone is happy to chat and help one another out and people genuinely support their colleagues to provide the clients with quality advice whilst harbouring a great working environment.
Your Impressions
Thoroughly enjoyed my time at the firm, and felt I was given the guidance and the space needed to grow, learn and develop. I felt like I was supported in the more formal aspects like the legal work and knowledge as well as being supported in the non-work tasks.
