    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • My role involves reviewing invoices and approving them for payment, uploading data for AP references and then doing batches of payments that need to be released to the relevant bodyshop which is sent to the accounts payable team. I also need to email bodyshop to complete a form for bank details and then follow up with a phone call. Depending on the day, I also do billing and revenue release for the specific companies.

  • I developed my time management skills by organising which task needs to be prioritised and the time frame needed to complete it during the day.
