Responsibilities
Responsibility in regards to serving customers was always given, however, managers approval was always needed
Support & Guidance
Given monthly meetings in regards to the progress you have made, however, if you needed any support you’d have to explicitly ask as in my experience the same issues in my meeting came up, but nothing was done to better these
Culture
Employees that you worked with were amazing. However, managers had the power to dictate the teams motivation and in some cases they could do this very poorly

A questionable amount as often lots of overtime and very little time to do things which we marketing and accounts as lots of driving
