The Role
Incredible job, matched me perfectly and gave me opportunities to expand my role
Treated as a professional.
Always had the support I needed, even when not asking for it.
Might not be flat out busy all day, every day, but always given meaningful work
Can get as much responsibility as you feel comfortable with, barely needed to prove myself to get it.
Obviously never going to be 100% applicable, but a lot used in job that was in my degree or that I could use in my degree.
The Company
Although not completely strict on noise and desk locations, obvious work rules apply, and got casual dress on Friday's.
Minor hiccups at the beginning, but nothing that did not enhance my work and time.
Never had to pay for any training I wanted, all training was open to me, no matter what it was or how it was to be undertaken. Also given the time to do it within working hours, provided that you get your work done.
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
National Travel
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
I need to apply back, but they want to retain those they have invested in.
The Culture
A lot of students, no matter what the occasion, there are a variety of events being undertaken.
It isnt cheap, but I chose that. It is still cheaper than accomodation for 2nd year in Guildford.
A lot of nightlift, and opportunity to go with other students in the organisation often.
Could get involved in a wide range out of your role activities through "Giveback"
