Overview
The Investment Banking spring insight gave an in-depth view of the company's Fixed Income and Currencies and Origination and Advisory divisions. Alongside this, there were skill sessions designed at improving professional competencies.

Developed competencies in market making, trading, structuring and financial analysis

A comprehensive overview was given, with a focus on the trading aspect. Roles within divisons were made clear, and potential career options were highlighted.
Culture
Professional, but friendly. Most people were happy to stop and have a chat with the interns, and seemed genuinely interested in trying to convey what they did.
