Overview
This was an immensely valuable experience which offered the opportunity to learn more about the bank’s divisions on a day-to-day basis and get closer to a career in investment banking.
Skills
I learnt many new skills and developed many others throughout the insight.
Business Insight
I found the sessions explaining the bank various departments particularly enlightening. Hearing firsthand experiences from professionals in each area was incredibly valuable and helped to understand the career pathways within the bank.
Culture
They were both impressive and highly motivating. From the outset, it was clear the firm values of integrity, sustainable performance, client centricity, innovation, discipline and partnership. The environment was professional and welcoming with employees engaging with us and sharing their experiences.
