Overview
The programme involved business sessions, speakers from multiple divisions and the opportunity to network with many employees.
Skills
I have learnt what is expected when it comes to research into the industry and how to develop my knowledge further. I'm also more capable in networking environments and what questions to ask to further the conversation.
Business Insight
The spring week definitely provided me with a clearer understanding of the structure of Deutsche Bank and where all the divisions and roles lie within the firm. Also, learning about how different divisions interact and support one another was useful.
Culture
It came across that Deutsche Bank clearly adhere to their principles and core values not only as every business session involved this, but also by the behaviour of the employees as well. I felt that if I was to work there, I could feel comfortable expressing my opinion with confidence and I would be listened to.

I really enjoyed most aspects of the insight, which was helped of course by the people - both the other spring week participants as well as the Deutsche Bank employees.
