Overview
The whole event is both informative and interesting. We have talks from different teams and was able to meet people from a various background who have been working in DB for a long time.
Skills
The spring programme gave me a chance to understand how technology works in an investment bank. I learnt not only those technique skills but also how to better organise myself and cooperate with others.
Business Insight
There was a talk about the structure of DB and available roles. We acquired necessary financial knowledge during the programme and have a chance to switch division at the end.
Culture
Wonderful! All the people that I met are friendly and supportive.
