    Skills

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
  • I've learnt emotional Intelligence and patience for sure - you're engaging with employees and you need to be the person in the conversation who is empathetic and understanding as well as attentive to their concerns so you can help to the best of your ability as opposed to getting overwhelmed and annoyed and agitating the situation. I've also developed in the area of teamworking - it does feel like one giant organ and if you don't keep record of something you've done or provide the correct information when requested it can impact someone else's work
