Overview
- Find and post engaging marine content for Sprout posts. - Coordinate and publish vessel references, - Assist in the planning of trade shows, conferences, and other industry events. - Create and update internal content including research analysis, specification sheets, and product presentation overviews. - Record, create, and present key metrics on tradeshows and vessel references.

Responsibilities
I have been given a lot of responsibility during my time at Cummins. It has been a great experience to have it too!
Support & Guidance
I have needed huge amount of support during my placement owing to my disability. This has been provided in abundance. I have weekly 1-1's with my boss per my / his request, in addition to immediate contact with him whenever needed via Microsoft teams. Any issues, help, or advice I need is instantly provided to me. Furthermore I can access support from other placements, department leads, and the HR team. Moreover I am able to access support through Cummin's Services and Support Networks.
Culture
Out of all the large companies I have worked for, such as Premier inn, Subway, Wetherspoons, Wood Green (Animal Charity) and Halfords. This has been the best company to work at. The company culture is faultless and kind at it's heart. Everyone is so hospitable, accepting, kind, and friendly.
