    Support & Guidance

  • 4. How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
  • I would rate the support and guidance I received during my placement/internship as 2 out of 5. Unfortunately, I didn't have a designated mentor, and management, although responsible, was often too busy to provide consistent assistance. Monthly check-ins were sporadic, and I lacked regular guidance or feedback on my progress. Consequently, I often had to navigate challenges on my own, which limited my ability to fully engage and grow within the role.
