Overview
Translate customer needs and the voice of the customer into functional product requirements. Explore opportunities for optimisation: Understand causal mechanisms and recommend appropriate action with guidance from more experienced team members. Obtain input and negotiate with Subject Matter Experts and product development teams to deliver product data and installation requirements to Application Engineers and OEM customers. Provides independent execution of established work processes and systems, while still developing technology or product knowledge; engages with improving systems and processes.

Responsibilities
Yes, I was in charge of projects and was allowed to communicate with OEMs and visit their sites for meetings. I felt responsible for projects and that my work meant something.
Support & Guidance
I received support from my manager and got buddy sessions. I had 1:1 meetings with my manager every week and could communicate questions I had freely.
Culture
Good company culture, everyone I spoke to wanted to genuinely help and would redirect me if I had any questions they couldn't answer.
