Overview
Day-to-day I have larger projects which are long term and them more immediate short term tasks to complete.
Skills
My communication and organization skills have improved since being in a global team. I have developed my presenting skills.
Responsibilities
I was given responsibility and given capacity to be creative and lead
Support & Guidance
Cummins provided various training for the students to develop industry skills. My manager was also very supportive in my development.
Culture
The company has a great culture, very supportive and understanding of failures. General atmosphere is good, sometimes struggles with atmosphere over zoom calls
