    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • On a day to day basis I will do my maintenance for our 2 chatbots making new additions and building responses. Additionally i will also work on any projects that i am undertaking at that time however my role consist of working in lots of different areas so no 2 days are ever the same. Depending on what time of the year i will also spend a large amount of my time working on building our key2key files.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
  • During my time here i have learnt many new skills from improving my email literacy to understanding how to build excel cases. Additionally i have learnt how to run the key2key proves from start to finish. Outside of work skills i have also been able to improve my presenting skills.

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • During my placement i have been given a large amount of responsibility, I had been given the chance to run my own projects from start to finish. I found that i liked doing this and actually asked for more opportunities like this which i was given.

  • At the start i was offered plenty of support and i was made to feel very welcome as time went on and i settled into the role i was offered support when i asked for it which was really nice.

  • The culture is really good everyone is no nice and supportive and their is plenty of opportunities to meet people and network

  • I would say that I have enjoyed my placement there has been times where i have really enjoyed it and some times where it hasn't been as good but overall it has been a great experience
