Overview
I create financial reports for all of our rental locations across the country based off their profit and loss statement and other KPIs. I also present findings from our mystery shop project which helps us improve our customer journey throughout the network.
Skills
My excel skills have hugely improved and my confidence in presenting has also increased. I have also learnt to network effectively with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was in charge of taking in profit and losses for around 60 rental locations.
