The Role
Very Varied job with a lot of responsibility
A brilliant group of people, company wide not just department wide
Help was available from anyone, no matter how busy or how important they were
Was allowed to control my day to day tasks myself so the balance was nearly always perfect
Far more responsibility than I ever thought I would get, I was allowed to manage every aspect of my role
I am a firm believer that skills learned at work can only be gained at work
The Company
People knew when to have a laugh and when to get down to work
Company was a little to large to keep tabs on all students but clearly tried there best
Just Fantastic
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
National Travel
International Travel
Working from home
Felt massively let down by the graduate choices left to me. I spent a year learning skills that the company really didn't seem to care about when looking to the future
The Culture
from day one there was a great social scene between the students
Fairly expencive due to the area I was based
Not great due to the location
Company had loads of outside work clubs and activities i.e running, adminton
