Overview
The insight day was a 2-day scheme where we learned about the firm’s various practice areas, its diversity equity, and inclusion sector, and its focus on sustainability. We were also invited on a social evening after the first day.
Skills
I developed networking skills as well as gaining more knowledge about what skills the firm looks for in a trainee
Business Insight
I found it very interesting to learn about how the business of the firm works. The firm is one of the largest in the world, and there are many roles available across various locations.
Culture

Your Impressions
The Insight Programme was a worthwhile experience. I met many like-minded students who I will keep in contact with in the future. I have also gained a deeper insight into the firm’s career opportunities and I will be sure to apply for their summer internship next year.
