It was very helpful understanding the potential roles I can apply for (as a Software Development Engineer); I am far more confident to fill the application than I was before the Spring Insight Event.

The company was very welcoming, it was very inspiring to hear from women who were already working in the role.

I really enjoyed the insight as it has made me more confident to apply. I also realised I align with Amazon's culture and values; it increased my confidence in knowing that Amazon would be the right company for me to work at if I get accepted.
