The Role
It was a very vaualbe experince
I feel the team i worked in was great and i was really seen as part of the team
My direct line manager was very helpful and supportive, he had worked with interns before and new excatly what was need so i could gain th emost form my internship
I was very busy at some parts of the internship, howeve rhtis was partly down to myself taking on extra work and extra projects in order to maxmise the opeertunity. However i would say that in a high performing company such as microsoft there is always a lot to do.
trust and resposnbility was given when needed and i built this up throught the placement
