The Role
I have enjoyed my placement at Walt Disney so much and have learnt a range of skill sets and life skills
I feel part of the team I am not looked at as an intern and I am treated as a full member of the team
I got lots of support from my supervisors and had the chance to champion a number of projects to extend my knowledge and skill sets and they have given my lots of guidance over the year
I was busy enough never to get bored and it was a perfect balance I never felt over worked or that I had too much to cope with
I was given the chance to work on my own projects and any other projects that I asked to work on I was given responsibilities within it.
I have picked up valuable skill sets and also invaluable life skills that I will take away for life
The Company
the office always had a busy buzz to it and everyone there was always very friendly and willing to help and answer any questions
My placement was set up very well as there is a very large placement programme at the Disney company so they were aware of what they need to provide and set up for the students
I attended lots of courses and training to develop within my discipline and feel i got alot from my placement
