Overview
Panels providing a spotlight on specific practice areas including Corporate and Banking. Insight into diversity at the firm from the Diversity Committee. Networked with other participants on the scheme, graduate recruitment and lawyers. Work shadowed with a Banking associate.
Skills
I developed research skills, particularly within a legal framework. Developed by networking and communication skills. Improved my legal and commercial understanding and awareness.
Business Insight
It was really insightful learning about different practice areas available at the firm through speaking to lawyers and engaging with sessions.
Culture
The culture was really warm and friendly. It was also collegiate and ambitious alongside this and promoted self motivation.

I really enjoyed the insight. It provided a deeper understanding of Latham & Watkins and I would recommend it to anyone interested in learning about commercial law.
