Overview
I challenged myself in difficult coding challenges in the Hackathon portion of the event and then talked to a panel of Amazon Software Engineers in a Q&A session. Towards the end they talked about information on the application process for internships with an Amazon recruiter and followed with what is offered to the people in this event to support that process.
Skills
Developed my coding and problem solving skills through the hackathon. Developed my people skills during the panel.
Business Insight
Really useful in terms of what type of people work in Amazon. It has inspired me to work even harder to be a better Software Engineer.
Culture
Very welcoming to questions and passionate about what they do and their principles.
