Overview
Opening talk and outline of the day ahead. Breakfast whilst networking from different members of the bank. Then a business session by one of the four business area of the bank is hosted. Following on from that lunch whilst networking with employees again. Typically after that a personal development session will be hosted eg. Personal Branding. A project we were tasked to complete was a one minute promotional video. Finally, we were assigned a buddy

Yes, better understanding of the different business areas and what it takes to succeed in each. Also had the opportunity to develop my networking skills and practise my elevator pitch.
Business Insight
Very insightful. Initially, a general overview was provided then we were able to ask questions and delve deeper into the areas. Employees were able to give first hand insights and anecdotes which were helpful
Culture
Very friendly and welcoming. Huge emphasis on the importance of culture.
