Overview
I was very interesting since they tackled several divisions of the bank I did not now much before, from Investment banking to global markets
Skills
I learned some technical skills but mainly about behavioral and soft skills, mainly about how to connect and engage with people
Business Insight
It was very interesting I got to know a lot about the industry, the different jobs offers and the roles I could apply for
Culture
I enjoyed a lot HSBC’s culture, which puts a very strong focus on relationships and exchanges. Also I found the international dimension of the bank so strong and it means a lot for me as a French student
Your Impressions
I met a lot of different people, made friends, could exchange with so many different professionals it was so valuable.
Yes
Be yourself , be very prepared for the hireview which was not that difficult but you have to be interested, creative, involved and also straight to the point. You can have a very good training with some online resources ! Especially for the logical and reasoning tests
