Overview
Providing exceptional service to customers, including assisting with reservations, vehicle pick up and drop off, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of vehicles. Performing vehicle inspections and ensuring they are safe and ready for rental. Promoting additional services such as coverage options, upgrades, fuel etc. Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations, effective communication and a positive work environment.

Responsibilities
Yes. I have been trusted to occasionally fill in and run the day when my branch/assistant manager have been out of office. Trusted to do closures for customers as I am trusted and have been given the ability to use my own judgement. Also have been trusted to carry out vehicle inspections.
Support & Guidance
I have received a numerous amount of support and guidance from not only my managers but also from my colleagues. We all work as a team and help each other out whenever we can. At Enterprise, teamwork is vital in order to ensure a positive working environment that not only increases employee morale but also means that we can carry out the best service for our customers.
Culture
The atmosphere and culture at Enterprise is constantly positive. All employees work very hard to ensure that we help and support one another. There are always competitions and employee activities to help build relationships and increase morale. Managers and overheads are always very supportive and understanding of all the employees as we have all started at the same level.
Your Impressions
So far I have thoroughly enjoyed my internship. As mentioned, the staff morale is extremely positive which overall has made my experience very enjoyable. The support and training I have received have helped me to learn how the business works relatively quickly, leading to a more pleasurable working experience.
