Overview
Throughout the 4 days at UBS we meet lots of employees to hear about their experiences at UBS and their journey so far. We participated in lots of sessions aimed to up-skill us and teach us more about the industry. We also had very interactive panel sessions where we were able to ask and understand about the day to day life of UBS graduate and senior employees.
Skills
We covered lots of skills from the basics such as leadership and teamwork but also communication, personal branding and mindfulness.
Business Insight
There was a lot of exposure to lots of roles and sectors within UBS and their role within the company but also within the industry.
Culture
The culture and atmosphere was professional but also very comfortable. It is a company where you can be conformable being yourself and gives you a lot of opportunity to learn.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed the insight, there information gained during the insight was amazing but also the opportunities to network with employees and socialise with other interns was also very good.
Yes
In the video interviews be yourself and not like a robot :D. The early career staff are very nice and helpful so don't be too nervous and be sure to smile while doing the interviews.
