Overview
I support Retail stores in Ireland with HR queries such as recruitment, leave requests and also support central functions colleagues. I also work alongside my other Early Careers colleagues for internal communications about our programme. I interact internally with P&C Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Specialists, Store managers and P&C managers. Externally I will communication with possible candidates for management vacancies. I have recently worked on a project in which I presented to our Leadership Team including our CEO

Responsibilities
Yes - responsible for recruitment tasks from start to finish, reporting leavers, presenting to internal stakeholders.
