Overview
One week was shadowing on an IB desk. The other week was training: from workshops on IB, Global Markets, public speaking and networking.
Skills
Public speaking, excel and industry insights
Business Insight
It was good as we had a lot of insight sessions from different speakers. Learnt about so many roles, especially when shadowing on the desk and scheduling coffee chats with the analysts.
Culture
People were very friendly, and happy to grab a coffee and talk about their career journey. The HR team was fantastic and organised everything so well.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed it. Due to refurbishments, our desk shadowing experience was shortened. However, they still did an amazing job giving us a great insight. The training workshops were fantastic and I learnt so much.
