Overview
Working on the desk and meeting many employees during coffee chats (first week). The second week we had training on excel, accounting, public speaking.

Business Insight
It was amazing! Everyone was super busy but they still managed to make time for all of us interns. I learnt so much about all the different desks and what each desk does. I was told about different deals and how the day-to-day operations were.
Culture
It was super welcoming. HR were lovely and made sure the program was running well even when there were difficult circumstances (IB floor was closed). Everyone seemed to really enjoy the working environment - I only heard positive things.
