Overview
During the programme, we had the opportunity to experience the working environment by spending time shadowing junior bankers, as well as taking part in informative skills sessions, listening to presentations and networking with bankers of all levels. We also had a tour of the historical archives to understand the business model of the company. Finally, we had a M&A case study during the week to build our skills.

Business Insight
Very exciting! The Global Advisory team, which I'm interested in, is a stimulating and "people" division and I'm truly looking forward to continuing my career here. There are tons of different roles available, and despite being a competitive industry, once you are hired by the company you get the chance to discover many things and to be at the forefront by advising leaders in the current business world. Another point I would like to highlight is that the more you are willing to work and learn, the more people will trust you and give you opportunities to develop your skills, which is a very important aspect especially in the first years of your career.
Culture
- Warm and friendly people - Eager to answer any questions you may have - Diversity is emphasized - Ambition and excellence are encouraged - Wide support accross the firm (mentoring)
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed and would recommend to any person interested to IB to take this chance and apply! It is a great opportunity to learn more about the industry.
Yes
