Overview
We learnt about the inner workings of the company, its values and how to apply for roles there. There was also a site visit to one of their current projects which was very interesting and I learnt a lot about the company itself. It also involved group activities which were very interactive and useful.

Business Insight
It was very interesting and opened my eyes up a lot to the different job roles. There are so many different roles and networking also showed me that Mace accepts employees from all different sorts of backgrounds.
Culture
Very friendly and collaborative. I found the culture of the company very open and teamwork was a big virtue there.
Your Impressions
I extremely enjoyed it due to the opportunities given such as networking , meeting new people and doing a group task together. It was a very well organised day including a site visit.

Read up on the virtues of the company as they are very big on this and they show that these are important on a day-to-day basis. Be confident and put time into your application as it is a great company.
