Overview
The insight was such an amazing experience to understand how the different divisions work. Day to day we had different sessions with each department where we could understand what the division does and ask questions to the professionals. We had different panels and more intimate team exercises throughout the week. These varied from charity events to more assessed tasks.
Skills
Absolutely! I developed interpersonal skills through the networking events, I learned critical thinking skills through the different assessments and I gained industry knowledge by understanding how every division works.
Business Insight
It was exciting to see all the potential prospects that Morgan Stanley hold for graduates!
Culture
They were all super helpful and approachable. I felt welcomed and everyone was happy to share their experiences !
