Business Insight
It was intense; EY has numerous service lines, and navigating and understanding all the eventualities and possibilities open to me was difficult. That said, they tried to make it as digestible and interactive as possible.
Culture
The cohort was very positive, career-driven, and keen to share knowledge. The employees were also really kind and willing to provide honest opinions on their work-life balance and the needs of the business.
Your Impressions
It was an enjoyable experience, however it was online and this for me meant I enjoyed it less so than I could potentially have.
Yes
Be honest, check out values, check out past work and just be yourself!
