Overview
Day to day was networking, insights into lines of business in technology and opportunities to learn the outline of each role through activities.
Skills
The program really encourages networking, communication and collaboration skills as well as develop some skills more technical like Excel
Business Insight
Initially quite daunting but excellently presented and the opportunity for questions allowed to really understand each role.
Culture
Incredibly friendly and social from the general day to day to the effort put into social events and a very supportive atmosphere.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed all aspects of the course and wouldn't advise changing any of it.
Yes
Really consider the culture of bank of America, there is a huge focus on mobility and networking. That might not be for everyone especially in some technical roles where you may want to remain forever.
