Overview
Different divisions of banking came in and spoke to us about their daily work as well as organising activities that gave us a proper insight. There were also opportunities to network with other employees
Skills
I developed my networking skills through introducing myself to employees. I also improved my negotiation skills through trading activities provided to us

It was very eye-opening and helped me to form a clearer image of what sector I wanted to go into
Culture
The company had a very welcoming atmosphere and emphasised the importance they placed on culture.
