Overview
Working with custoemes for test requests and collecting data for validation work on different test cycles and emisisons(aftertreatment) equipment. Learning and improving engine performance for different test cycles.
Skills
Software skills: New company softwares and learning their latest feature relavant to my project. Example: Matlab Hardware knowledge of Engines and Aftetreatment Systems along with diagnostic performance Communication Skills: Presensting in meetings and working alongisde different teams for projects.
Responsibilities
I recieved the opportunity to work on projects that required intensive focus and capability to adapt by using new skills learnt that were catered to each project. This included, data analysis and documentation/valifdation, writing instructions to run test cycles, discussing issues to improve test cycles.
Support & Guidance
Received a lot of mentorship from my manager and other team members. Everyone has been really helpful and contributed towards a holistic development.
Culture
Very positive, diverse and encouraging to try new challenges.
