Overview
I worked with my principal on the legal tasks that she was undertaking and I received informative sessions on the different practice areas, as well as completing fictitious legal project work.
Skills
I have further developed work and resource management skills, resilience, confidence and conciseness in my writing communication skills. The experience has helped me to considerably grow in both my personal and professional lives.
Business Insight
It was genuinely fascinating to broaden my understanding of all the different facets of the business and the potential roles that are available.
Culture
The company culture is very supportive and welcoming, I felt very comfortable asking questions and I was treated like one of the team.

I would recommend that people attend the events that they host and do as much as research as possible/reach to to trainee recruitment and any trainees or lawyers that they think would like to know more about.
