Overview
Engaged in introductory sessions surrounding the firms different practice areas, legal research tasks, great socials organised by the graduate recruitment team.
Skills
Bettered my networking abilities through talks with various people around the firm, entrepreneurship by actively seeking out opportunities to enhance my knowledge, resilience by carrying on when work was difficult or time pressures were high.
Business Insight
It was great to have insights into the life of a trainee solicitor as well that of an associate. There were plenty of opportunities to talk with people in various stages of their legal career at Latham.
Culture
Everyone I met was really nice and it felt like there was an active effort to make you feel welcome and supported throughout the insight.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed it. The experience was different to anything I’d done before and a great way to gain insights into the workings of a global law firm.
