Overview
The event was a total of 2 days. The first day was online, where all students attended. The first day was packed with motivational speeches from EY Panelists and breakout rooms for our respective service lines, where we learned about the service line and interacted with an employee from EY. Interview skills and how to tackle assessment centers were discussed. The second day, In person at the Canary Wharf office in London. The day was a mix of networking and understanding EY culture and values. The day began with a speech by an audit partner. Then led to fun activities. We all got an opportunity to speak to associates and senior managers closely and understand their work and how they tend to tackle that in EY. The last part of the 2nd day was a mock assessment which was the most exciting event and tested all of our strengths. Overall. the whole event was a thrilling experience
